Why and how we started
Zum Zum is owned & operated by Rosedale Livery which was founded in 1981 by Douglas McCutcheon with a clear commitment to customer service. Today, Rosedale Livery is the largest operator of livery limousines in Canada and through investments in people and technology, continues to change and adapt to the evolving needs of the clients.
We started as a new division meant to create more value for our existing customers and answer to their immediate needs. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more people demanded help with groceries delivery.
Combining Rosedale Livery entire experience, software and delivery infrastructure with wholesale stores high quality and exclusive products, we are on a mission to make this great value more accessible to as many people and businesses as possible.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our policies.
Refunds
To request a refund due to order issues, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery. Simply, reply to the order confirmation email and let us know if your order:
* is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt;
* contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.
You can ask for your refund in the form of Zum Zum credit, which can be issued immediately. Zum Zum credits will automatically apply during checkout on your next order.
Additionally, you can request for credit card refund. Please note it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.
Returns
Due to COVID, we DO NOT accept the returns of the items.
Cancelling an order
Simply, reply to the order confirmation email and let us know if you want to cancel your order. You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees before a shopper begins shopping.
